WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
Original Paintings and Small Prints usually ship in two to three days from purchase. Large Prints above 24" take about 10 days to produce and ship.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING?
Free Shipping on all giclée prints on paper and canvas. Shipping for original paintings is determined on height, weight, and delivery location.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call our gallery with any questions and we will do our very best to assist you. Art may be returned providing it is excellent condition and within 7 days of receiving and buyer is responsible for return shipping and insurance costs.
IS THERE INSURANCE ON THE ARTWORK DURING SHIPPING?
All works are professionally packaged and fully insured through Fedex or other shipping companies and shipped with the utmost care. If a work is damaged during shipment and the box shows any sign of damage when the carrier delivers it - refuse the package and make sure that the driver notes any and all damage to the package. Your money will be refunded in full when any damage occurs during shipping. If the box does not appear to be damaged, but you open your work and it appears that it has been dropped, dented, or any damage whatsoever, your work is fully insured and you will receive a 100% money back refund as well.

CAN I SEE THE ART ON MY WALL BEFORE I PURCHASE?
Yes, you can send or email a picture of the area with something on the wall, or next to it for scale, (ex: another picture and/or decorative piece, or a lamp next to a piece of furniture) and we will gladly be able to show you how it will look. CAN I ORDER A PRINT OR PAINTING IN A CUSTOM SIZE OTHER THAN WHAT IS LISTED ON THE SITE?
Yes. An original Custom Painting can be commissioned and prints can be made any size as long as it is the same size or smaller than the original painting.

The word "giclee" is derived from the French language and means "to spray" and put simply is a high end digital print. It is now the standard for artist museum quality prints. Art2D uses the highest quality archival inks, papers and canvas available.
WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED ON ORIGINAL PAINTINGS?
